          If your wedding reception is coming up soon, you may want to choose Peter Anania for your entertainment and dancing pleasure. I have over 25 years and 900+ events experience in the wedding business. I will help organize and direct your reception the way YOU want it. On your wedding day, I can act as your general coordinator as well as play continuous music selected by you. My attire is of your choosing and my equipment is the latest professional digital audio. I can offer an optional light show, ceremony system or sub-bass system at no charge. You can ask for an appointment for a free consultation coordinated with a video of myself performing at a reception. During this meeting, I can give you ideas for your reception along with the above Wedding Organizer with no obligation. The above Wedding Video is a wedding organized just the way the Bride and Groom wanted. If you decide to hire me, my price is $699 for 4 hours and $50/half-hour overtime. There’s an additional charge if the reception is more than 50 miles from Portsmouth, depending on the distance.             A contract and a $100 deposit would be required to secure your date.

Here’s a sample format of a traditional reception;

11:00 Wedding Ceremony (I can also provide music and lapel microphone for this)

11:45 Guests arrive at the reception hall. (The Wedding Party is still at the church taking pictures) Up-beat jazz or easy listening is being played and appetizers are being served.

12:30 Wedding Party arrives at the reception hall. They are formally introduced (with a song of your choice) starting with the Bride’s parents and ending with the Bride and Groom. Guests take a few pictures of the Wedding Party.

12:40 The Best Man gives the Toast and sometimes the Maid of Honor

12:45 Dinner is served. Instrumental and/or easy listening music is being played.

1:30 Cutting of the Cake Ceremony with your pick of song.

1:35 Bride and Groom’s First Dance

           Bride and Bride’s Father Dance

           Groom and Groom’s Mother Dance

1:50 Dancing music continues for everyone

3:30 Tossing of the bouquet and garter

4:45 Farewell Dance
